Happy Easter!!

We had a very busy, but great day with family! To start the morning off, Boston got a great Easter basket surprise from the Easter Bunny:) Then it was off to church, then Edgerton for Great-Grandma Vis' 94th birthday celebration, and then a final stop in Hardwick, MN to visit my grandparents! We are exhausted, and really not ready for another Monday tomorrow! We hope you and your loved ones had a very Blessed Easter!

I thought it would be fun to share 4 pictures of Boston & the Easter Bunny. Hard to believe this is his 4th Easter already!! A 4th birthday party is just a few months away!

Boston's 1st Easter- 2006-so smiley!
Boston's 2nd Easter...not so happy about it this year:)

Boston's 3rd Easter

Boston's 4th Easter.. This year he didn't even want to sit on his lap so I had to bribe him with a carmel shake from Dairy Queen. His absolute favorite snack thanks to Grandpa Ron!

This is a picture of Boston & his Great Grandma Vis, and his 2nd cousin Makayla. Boston & Makayla know each other from church so they have a lot of fun playing together at family things!

I love Saturday's!!

Boston asks "What day is it tomorrow?" every night at bedtime. He likes to know if he's waking up to a school day, a Sandy day, a Daddy & Boston day, a Grandpa Ron day, or a Mommy & Boston day! Today, is a Mommy & Boston day!! Derek works every Saturday, so Boston and I enjoy a day just the 2 of us. The day typically starts around 7:30 AM for me. I just can't seem to sleep in anymore. My body is programmed to wake up around 6:30-ish, and then I can usually doze off a little while longer. Boston is usually up around 8 or 9. We eat breakfast, I drink a pot of coffee, and we watch cartoons and play! I usually try to have my errands and running around done so that we don't have to spend our Saturday shopping! I don't do well with crowds and if Boston is with me shopping i usually leave the store very frustrated! He always insists we visit the toy department, will ask every 30 seconds "is it time to go yet!" or he just whines! A typical boy shopping:)

Last night Derek & Boston joined Grandma Glady for Good Friday church service. I spent the afternoon and evening with my mom and sister, and our family friend Deb from Colman. It was my mom's 51st birthday, so we enjoyed a girls day! We did some shopping, got pedicures and ate out!! Boston also got Easter baskets from all of his grandparents yesterday! I asked Boston how come he got so many fun things from his grandma's and grandpa and he said "Because they love me!"
