Week 3 & Blayke's Baptism!

Monday, June 13

Boston's birthday money was burning a hole in his pocket (after 2-3 days) so we made a trip to Scheels! He came home with several Warrior things :)

Tuesday, June 14

Another daycare family stopped by for a visit! It was so fun to see Blaire & Andi! I miss those girls!

The Overman's also came to meet Blayke!

Our dental office did a little hand impression for us! It turned out so cute and will be such a neat keepsake! She was 1 week old when we did the mold & her hand is just teeny tiny!

Trying out her new floor toy. She isn't a big fan yet, but Bronx sure loves it!

So relaxed she zonked out without even being swaddled!

Must have been a rough day!

Wednesday

Blayke went in for another check up with Dr. McKercher. She is growing and everything is looking great! We asked about her being so noisy & grunts and he said it wasn't anything that concerned him. I also mentioned she sure pushes quite hard (and for hours) to go #2, but since her stools are soft he didn't think it was a problem.

A little afternoon fun in the backyard! Derek had the day off, so he did some golfing in the morning and then chased the boys around with a squirt gun! They love it when he gets wild and crazy with them. I enjoyed doing some reading!

Thursday, June 16

Bronx was pretty excited about his new toy! Mason didn't want his Paw Patrol Lookout Tower anymore, so we got it for Bronx!

Boston & Brigham had their VBS concert at 7:00. It was a fun week for them! Brigham made it every night, but because of baseball games, Boston missed Monday & Wed. night. Boston was so hidden in the group of kids I couldn't even see his face to get a good picture!

Friday, June 17

Stacy, Norah & Stacy's friend Rachel came over to visit for a few hours! Norah was pretty excited to play with the boys! We set up the pool, so were outside the whole time!

Boston got an unexpected birthday gift in the mail from Hadlers! Steph Curry bracelets!

He was pretty excited!

Boston is getting more comfortable holding Blayke. He thought it was pretty fun to try and burp her.

I give Blayke her last bottle of the night and get her all swaddled up for bed.

I ended up with 2 kids napping on me!

Blayke isn't this relaxed very often. Usually her arms and legs are moving a mile a minute!

Grandpa Ron came over to watch Blayke at 5:30, so Derek and I could take the boys to the Finding Dory movie! It was cute! Brigs was pretty worried about leaving Blayke with gramps. He wasn't sure grandpa would know how to take care of her. They both survived and according to Grandpa she was good as could be!

Fathers Day & Blayke's Baptism Day!

We don't serve breakfast in bed, we do presents in bed! My flash was too bright!

Blayke had a great night! She was asleep by 9:30 & didn't get up until 5AM! She drank her bottle and sleep until we woke her up around 9!

Grandma Lisa got her this cute bracelet for her baptism day!

Working so hard to poop. Poor thing really has to work to dirty her diaper.

Pastor Cal baptized all 4 of our kids! Such an awesome Pastor who we also consider a friend!

4 Generations

So much fun to share this day with such good friends!

We had a very disappointing reservation for lunch. We had expected to have brunch at Woodfire Grill at the District... only to get there and find out Woodfire Grill no longer existed and it was now Rookies...with NO brunch, only a bar menu. A HUGE disappointment, but we still enjoyed family time!
