Swimming Lessons-Level 2

Boston started two weeks of swimming lessons on June 25.  It amazes me how quickly he jumped in and remembered the things they had taught him last year.  They worked on the front and back crawl, bobbing in the water, treading water, and diving down into deeper water to retrieve items.  The deepest water at the Tea pool is 4 feet deep, but his group spends the majority of their time there.  Boston is one of the shortest (maybe even THE shortest) kid in the class, so as most kids have their head above water, he bobs up and down to stay afloat! 

 The weather has been in the 90's, so entertaining Brigs for 45 minutes while Boston has lessons is a chore!  I got smart after the first few nights & lined up family to watch Brigham instead of taking him with.

 Boston missed 2 lessons this summer due to other commitments, but his teachers said he was doing great so would still pass with flying colors!

It was 104 degrees on the last day of lessons, and this little turkey wanted to swing the entire time so I didn't even get to watch Boston's testing. 

 He passed, and he is PROUD!
